Coveralls vs Overalls, Type 2 Hard Hats, and the PPE Mistake That Costs Real Money

The Real Cost of Choosing Wrong

Let's put the spreadsheet on the table. The lowest quote looks great on a purchase order, but the total cost of a bad PPE decision includes:

  • Return shipping and restocking fees
  • Expedited replacement orders when the original doesn't work
  • Time your crew loses waiting for correct equipment
  • Audit findings, compliance write-ups, or customer pushback
